To celebrate our successful 2 years in business and our recent expansion into the Centenary Suburbs, we are offering one lucky Centenary suburb’s home owner the chance to sell their home for free! That’s right – no commission and no marketing costs. We will cover the lot (and we won’t skimp out either)
We want the 4074 and surrounds to know there is another choice when it comes to real estates in the area. One that doesn’t have all the ego and stigma of your every day real estate agent so we are offering the chance to sell your home at absolutely no costs what so ever!
Not planning on moving anytime soon but know someone that is? We will happily accept a friend or family member to receive the prize as long as they live in the Centenary corridor.
Terms and Conditions
- Competition will run from 1/11/2021 to 9/1/2022
- The competition prize includes a full marketing package including professional photos, video, 3d walk through, floorplan, drone, signboard, professionally printed brochures, online advertising (portals), social media marketing and google ads. Valued between $3,000-$4,000. The exact marketing products used will be at the discretion of Spectrum Estate Agents and will be chosen based on what will best present the home.
- The prize also includes the Director of Spectrum Estate Agents to sell your home for $0 commission.
- The prize does not include the costs of conveyancing, or any other costs involved or that may arise in the sale/transfer of the property to a buyer.
- The competition prize will remain valid for the entire 2022 for single use and may only be used on a property in the Centenary Suburbs of Brisbane.
- To enter the competition, you must submit your full name, mobile number, physical address and email address, along with when your expected timeframe to sell.
- The winner will be drawn on Monday, 10th January 2021 and notified immediately by phone and email. If Spectrum Estate Agents are unable to contact the winner within 3 days or should a winner not be able to accept the prize, Spectrum Estate Agents reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner. Drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The competition will be open for entries from 12.00am 12/11/21 until 11.59pm on 9/01/22
- The winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize draw is open to Australian citizens aged over 18 years old who own or know someone who owns a property in the Centenary Suburbs of Brisbane except employees of Spectrum Estate Agents, their families or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
- The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Spectrum Estate Agents including a written and video testimonial of their experience afterwards.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Spectrum Estate Agents and accordingly Spectrum Estate Agents may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Chalk Street Estates as a result thereof.
- Spectrum Estate Agents reserves the right to end the competition at any time.
